Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations and same-day reschedules WILL NOT be refunded.
Deposits & Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a 100% service fee and forfeit your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation with a 100% service fee, or a $20 late fee if you can still be accommodated. You must notify me if you are running late; if I do not hear from you, I will assume you are not coming.
After Hours Fee
A $50 fee will be automatically applied to appointments scheduled after 4pm.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged a 100% service fee and banned from future bookings.
