CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a 50% fee, within 48 hours a 85% fee, and within 24 hours or same-day a 100% fee of the remaining balance. Any last-minute service changes (including removing or downgrading services) will be treated as a same-day cancellation. You will still be charged for the full services originally booked, including service tiers. Rescheduling within 72 hours will require a new deposit. Deposits are transferable one time only (if rescheduling more than 72hrs prior). Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Clients with unpaid fees will be banned from future bookings. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation with a 100% service fee. You must notify me if you are running late; if I do not hear from you, I will assume you are not coming. After Hours Fee A $50 fee will be automatically applied to appointments scheduled after 4pm.
